I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Organizations of the Local Government of Tokyo Metropolis and others, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 107
Article 1. The following partial amendments are made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Local Government Tokyo Metropolis:
In Article 1-2, "not more than 300 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 303 (full-time)," and "not more than 4,065 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 4,073 (full-time)."
Article 2. The following partial amendments are made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Local Government of Hokkaido:
In Article 1-2, "not more than 49 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 52 (full-time)," and "not more than 867 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 882 (full-time)."
Article 3. The following partial amendments are made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Local Government of Prefectures:
In Article 2, "not more than 1,352 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 1,484 (full-time)," and "not more than 29,574 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 30,055 (full-time)."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from April 1, 1947.
