I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Forestry Experimental Station and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 106
A part of the Regulations governing the Organization and Function of the Forestry Experimental Station shall be amended as follows:
In the provisions of Article 2, "full service 36" shall read "full service 50"; "one of them" shall read "two of them"; "full service 54" shall read "full service 87"; and "full service 7" shall read "full time 9."
In the provisions of Article 4, "Agency" shall read "branch station or its divisional station" and "or the branch station" shall be added next to "the head station."
In the provisions of Article 5, "Agency" shall read "branch station or its divisional station."
Supplementary provisions:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from April 1, 1947.
If, at the time of the enforcement of this Ordinance, any of the persons who are holding the post in the Imperial Forestry Bureau and belonging to the Forestry Experimental Station has not received a special official announcement of appointment, the official of the Imperial Forestry Bureau who has been engaged in clerical duties shall be regarded as the secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and the official of the Imperial Forestry Bureau who has been engaged in technical duties shall be regarded as the technician of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and who are in second grade shall be appointed as official of second class, and third grade as official of third class, and shall receive the same salary as they receive at that time. But the regulations regarding the appointment of the officials may be applied to them.
In case of the preceding paragraph, if there shall be no salary basis for the person provided in the same paragraph, he shall receive the same salary as he has received hithertofore.
