I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Region Forest Bureau and cause the same to be promulgated.

A part of the Regulations governing the Organizations of the Region Forest Bureau shall be revised as follows:
Article 2. The Region Forest Bureau shall have the following personnel:

Remarks:
1. Such localities in this table as "a part of Ashibetsu-machi" in the jurisdiction of Asahikawa Region Forest Bureau, "a part of Ashibetsu-machi" in the jurisdiction of Sapporo Region Forest Bureau, "a part of Kuramata-mura" in the jurisdiction of Maebashi Region Forest Bureau, "a part of Kuramata-mura" and "a part of Ochiai-mura" in the jurisdiction of Nagano Region Forest Bureau, "a part of Ochiai-mura" in the jurisdiction of Nagoya Region Forest Bureau shall be determined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
2. Areas under the jurisdiction of Hokkaido Forestry Bureaus and stations shall not be included in the jurisdiction areas of the Asahikawa and the Sapporo Region Forestry Bureaus.
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from April 1, 1947.
If, at the time of the enforcement of this Ordinance, any of the persons who are holding the post in the Imperial Forestry Bureau and belonging to the local Imperial Forestry Bureau has not received a special official announcement of appointment, the official of the Imperial Forestry Bureau who has been engaged in clerical duties shall be regarded as the secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the official of the Imperial Forestry Bureau who has been engaged in technical duties shall be regarded as the technician of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and who are in second grade shall be appointed as official of second class and in third grade as official of third class, and shall receive the same salary as corresponding to that they receive at that time. But the regulations regarding the appointment of the officials may be applied to them.
In case of the preceding paragraph, if there shall be no salary basis for the person as provided in the same paragraph, he shall receive the same salary as he has received hithertofore.
