朕は、内務部内臨時職員設置制の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the amendments to part of Regulations governing the Organization of the Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry for Home Affairs and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 92
內務部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のように改正する。
The following amendments shall be made to part of Regulations governing the Organization of the Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry for Home Affairs:
「專任七十七人」を「專任百二十八人」に、「專任二百四十人」を「專任二百五十三人」に、「專任千百九人」を「專任千二百八十九人」に改める。
"77 (full-time)" shall read "128 (full-time)," "240 (full-time)" shall read "253 (full-time)" and "1,109 (full-time)" shall read "1,289 (full-time)."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
