朕は、枢密顧問の諮詢を経て、参議院議員選挙法施行令の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction with the advice of the Privy councillors to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Enforcement Ordinance for the Members of the House of Councillors Election Law, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 90
参議院議員選挙法施行令の一部を次のように改正する。
The Enforcement Ordinance for the Members of the House of Councillors Election Law shall be amended partly as follows:
第十四條第二項中「町村」を「市町村」に、「町村会議員選挙管理委員会」を「市町村会議員選挙管理委員会」に改める。
In Art. 14, Par. 2, "Town and Village" shall read "City, Town and Village", and "Electoral Administration Committee for the election of the Members of Town and Village Assembly" shall read "Electoral Administration Committee for the election of the Members of City, Town and Village".
第二十三條第一項中「書面」の下に「（推薦届出の場合においては併せて本人の承諾書）」を加える。
In Art. 23, Par. 1, "(in a case of the notification recommending him as a candidate the written approval drawn up by him, at the same time)" shall be added after "the document".
第二十六條中「第七十九條」を「第八十條第一項」に改め、同條第一号中「三日以內」の下に「（全國選出議員については五日以內）」を加え、同條第二号中「三日以內」の下に「（全國選出議員については五日以內）」を、「二日以內」の下に「（全國選出議員については選挙の期日前十日以後五日までのものはその日から四日以內）」を加える。
In Art. 26, "Art. 79" shall read "Art. 80, Par. 1"; in Item 1 of the same Article, "(within five days as for the Members from the national constituency)" shall be added to "within three days"; in Item 2 of the same Article, "(within five days as for the Members from the national constituency)" shall be added to "within three days"; and "(as for the Members from national constituency candidate who filed candidacy during the period from the tenth day to the fifth day preceding the date for election shall do so within four days after he filed candidacy" shall be added to "within two days".
第二十七條中「第八十條」を「第八十條第二項又は第三項」に改める。
In Art. 27, "Art. 80" shall read "Art. 80, Par. 2 or Par. 3".
第二十八條中「第七十九條又は」を削る。
In Art. 28, "Art 79 or" shall be deleted.
第二十九條中「第八十條」を「第八十條第二項又は第三項」に改める。
In Art. 29, "Art. 80" shall read "Art. 80, Par. 2 or Par. 3".
第三十八條第七号中「第四項」を「第五項」に改める。
In Art. 38, Item 7 "Par. 4" shall read "Par. 5".
第三十九條中「第一項及び第二項」を「第二項及び第三項」に、「公立学校」を「学校」に改める。
In Art. 39, "Par. 1 and Par. 2" shall read "Par. 2 and Par. 3" and "Public school" shall read "school".
第四十條中「第三項」を「第四項」に改める。
In Art. 40, "Par. 3" shall read "Par. 4".
第五十條中「第四項」を「第五項」に改める。
In Art. 50, "Par. 4" shall read "Par. 5".
附則第二條第二項中「衆議院議長」を「貴族院議長」に、「衆議院議員」を「貴族院議員」に改める。
In Art. 2, Par. 2 of Supplementary Provisions "The President of the House of Representatives" shall read "The President of the House of Peers", and "Members of the House of Representatives" shall read "Members of the House of Peers".
附則に次の一條を加える。
The following Article shall be added to the Supplementary Provisions:
第六條　参議院議員選挙法により初めて行う参議院議員の通常選挙については、経歷公報は、第四十六條の規定にかかわらず、公衆の見易い場所を選び、各投票区について三箇所以上これを揭示するものとする。
Art. 6.　In the ordinary election to be held for the first time in accordance with the Election Law for the Members of the House of Councillors, career bulletins, notwithstanding the provisions of Art: 46, shall, at every polling district, be notified at more than three places to be easily seen by the public.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
