I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment to the Regulations governing the Organization of Board of Reconstruction and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 86
A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Board of Reconstruction shall be amended as follows:
In Article 1, the following item shall be added.
6. Affairs concerning contractors of public works and construction.
In Article 2, "full-time 48" shall read "full-time 52," "full-time 102" shall read "full-time 106" and "full-time 388" shall read "full-time 404."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
