Affairs concerning contractors of public works and construction. In Article 2, "full-time 48" shall read "full-time 52," "full-time 102" shall read "full-time 106" and "full-time 388" shall read "full-time 404." Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
