審議経過

朕は、昭和二十年勅令第五百四十二号ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴い発する命令に関する件に基き昭和二十一年勅令第百一号（政党、協会その他の團体の結成の禁止等に関する勅令）の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning partial amendments to the Imperial Ordinance No. 101 of 1926 (the Imperial Ordinance concerning the prohibition of the organization of political parties and associations and others) in pursuance of the Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of 1945 concerning the Orders to be issued in consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 84
昭和二十一年勅令第百一号の一部を次のように改正する。
The following amendment shall partially be made to the Imperial Ordinance No. 101 of 1946:
第五條第三項中「前二項」を「前項第六號」に改める。
In Article 5, paragraph 3, "preceding two paragraphs" shall read "preceding No. 6"
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come inte force as from the day of its promulgation.
昭和二十一年勅令第百一号第五條第一項の規定に該当する團体でこの勅令施行の際現に存するものの主幹者は、この勅令施行の日から三日以內に、同條第二項の規定に準じて、届出をしなければならない。
The leaders of the organization which comes under the regulations specified in Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Imperial Ordinance No. 101 of 1946, and which will exist at the time of the enforcement of this Imperial Ordinance are required to send the report, following the regulations specified in the said Article, paragraph 2, within three days from the day of the enforcement of this Imperial Ordinance.
昭和二十一年勅令第百一号第七條の規定は、前項の場合に、これを準用する。
The provisions specified in Article 7 of the Imperial Ordinance No. 101 of 1946 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of the preceding paragraph.
