朕は、電氣通信委員会官制の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Telecommunication Committee and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 71
電氣通信委員会官制の一部を次のように改正する。
The Regulations governing the Organization of the Telecommunication Committee shall be partly amended as follows:
第一條　電氣通信委員會は、內閣總理大臣の監督に屬し、遞信大臣及び經濟安定本部總裁の諮問に應じて、各般の電氣通信業務の運營及び電氣通信施設の建設保存に關する計畫の調整、その實施竝びに電氣通信機材の生產及び配給の企畫立案の基本に關する事項を調査審議する。
Article 1.　The Telecommunication Committee shall be subject to the superintendence of the Prime Minister, and in compliance with the inquiries of the Minister of Communications and the President of the Board of Economic Stabilization, shall investigate and consider the matters pertaining to the operation of various telecommunication services, and coordination as well as execution of plans of construction and maintenance of telecommunication facilities, and basic planning and drafting of production and delivery of telecommunication equipments.
委員會は、前項の外、電氣通信に關する重要事項について、關係各大臣及び經濟安定本部總裁に建議することができる。
The said committee may, besides matters prescribed in the preceding paragraph, make suggestion as to matters important to telecommunication to Ministers concerned and the President of the Board of Economic Stabilization.
第二條第一項中「會長一人」の下に「、副會長二人」を加える。
In paragraph 1 of Article 2, ", two vice-chairmen" shall be added after "one chairman."
第三條中「遞信大臣」を「內閣總理大臣」に改め、同條第二項として次のように加える。
In Article 3, "the Minister of Communications" shall read "the Prime Minister," and the following paragraph shall be added after paragraph 1:
副會長は、遞信大臣及び經濟安定本部總務長官を以て、これに充てる。
The Minister of Communications and the Director-General of the Board of Economic Stabilization shall be the vice-chairmen.
第四條第二項を次のように改める。
Paragraph 2 of Article 4 shall be amended as follows:
副會長は、會長を補佐し、會長に事故があるときは、內閣總理大臣の指名する副會長が、その職務を代理する。
The vice-chairmen shall assist the chairman, and in case any obstacles should happen to the chairman, a vice-chairman designated by the Prime Minister shall perform the function of the chairman.
第五條第二項中「遞信大臣」を「內閣總理大臣」に改める。
In paragraph 2 of Article 5, "the Minister of Communications" shall read "the Prime Minister."
第六條第二頂中「遞信大臣が」を「內閣で」に改める。
In paragraph 2 of Article 6, "by the Minister of Communications" shall read "by the Cabinet."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
