I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Divisions and Sections attached to the Cabinet and of the Personnels thereof and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 63
The following amendments shall partially be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Divisions and Sections attached to the Cabinet and of the Personnels thereof:
Next to Article 2 item 5 shall be added the following item, and item 6 shall be made item 7, and the following shall be shifted down by turns:
6. Matters concerning the enforcement of the Imperial Ordinance No. 1 of 1947 (Imperial Ordinance concerning exclusion, retirement, etc. in respect of public service), and matters concerning the control thereof as well as the Public Service Qualifications Examination Committee and the Public Service Petition Examination Committee.
In Article 7, "Full time 18 persons" shall be amended as "Full time 15 persons," "Full time 141 persons" shall be amended as "Full time 135 persons."
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
The following amendments shall be made partially to the Regulations governing the Organization of Establishment of Temporary Personnels in the Cabinet:
Article 1. The following personnels shall be posted in the Cabinet so that they may transact matters concerning the enforcement of the Imperial Ordinance No. 1 of 1947 (Imperial Ordinance concerning exclusion, retirement, etc. in respect of public office) and matters concerning the control thereof as well as the matters relative to the Public Service Qualifications Examination Committee:
