I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Establishment of Temporary Personnel in the Ministry of Education and cause the same to be promulgated.

The following partial amendments are made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Establishment of Temporary Personnel in the Ministry of Education:
In Art. 1 "Full time 2 persons" shall read "Full time 3 persons," and "

," respectively.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
