審議経過

朕は、昭和二十年勅令第五百四十二号ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴い発する命令に関する件に基き臨時建築制限令を廃止する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the abolition of the Temporary Building Restriction Ordinance under the Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of 1945 relating to the Orders to be issued in consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam. Declaration, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 45
臨時建築制限令は、これを廃止する。
The Temporary Building Restriction Ordinance shall be abolished.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
This Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
この勅令施行前になした行爲に対する罰則の適用及び旧令第一條第一項の規定に違反して建築された建築物の使用の禁止又は制限その他必要な措置については、旧令は、この勅令施行後においても、なお、その効力を有する。
As regards the application of penalty for the conduct committed before the promulgation of this Imperial Ordinance and prohibition or restriction of use or other necessary actions about buildings constructed in contravention of the provisions of Art. 1, par. 1 of the old Ordinance, the old Ordinance shall still be effective even after the promulgation of this Imperial Ordinance.
