I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the enforcement of Article 2, item 2 of Imperial Ordinance No. 567 of 1946 (concerning the restriction of securities holdings by companies, etc.), and cause the same to be promulgated.

昭和二十一年勅令第五百六十七号第二條第二号の規定により、会社を次のように定める。
In accordance with the provisions of Article 2, item 2 of Imperial Ordinance No. 567 of 1946, the following companies shall be designated:
日本石炭株式会社
a. Japan Coal Company, Ltd. (Nippon Sekitan K.K.)
日本肥料株式会社
b. Japan Fertilizer Company, Ltd. (Nippon Hiryo K.K.)
