I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Accounting Regulations for the Special Account of Food-stuff Control, and cause the same to be promulgated.

The Accounting Regulations for the Special Account of Food-stuff Control shall be partially amended as follows:
Article 2-(2) Purchasing prices of food-stuff may be paid on rough estimate, if necessary.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from February 1, 1947.
