I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment to be made to the Mining Registration Ordinance, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 26
The Mining Registration Ordinance shall be amended partly as follows:
In Article 21, the following three items shall be added:
In case where there has been a change in the jurisdictional area of a Regional Bureau of Commerce and Industry concerned, the application for registration which has been sent to the Director of the said Regional Bureau of Commerce and Industry before the change and ceased to be under the jurisdiction of the said Bureau because of the arrival after the change, shall be deemed as being submitted to the Director of the Regional Bureau of Commerce and Industry.
In the preceding case the Director of the old Regional Bureau of Commerce and Industry shall enter the time and date of its arrival into the said application and send it without delay to the Director of the new Regional Bureau of Commerce and Industry.
As to the registration application referred to in paragraph 2, the time entered into it in accordance with the provision of the preceding paragraph shall be deemed as that of acceptance.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
