I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance relating to the partial amendments of the Imperial Ordinance concerning Organizations and Functions of the Ministry for Home Affairs and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 18
Article 1. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Imperial Ordinance concerning Organizations and Functions of the Ministry for Home Affairs:
In Article 3, "33 (full-time)" shall read "36 (full-time)," "8 (full-time)" shall read "10 (full-time)" and "114 (full-time)" shall read "125 (full-time)."
Article 2. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing Temporary Establishment of Personnel in Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Hokkaido Government and Prefectural Government:
In Article 1, "68 (full-time)" shall read "69 (full-time)" and "705 (full-time)" shall read "708 (full-time)."
In Article 1-3, "67 (full-time)" shall read "68 (full-time)" and "2319 (full-time)" shall read "2324 (full-time)."
In Article 1-4, "1251 (full-time)" shall read "1259 (full-time)" and "8625 (full-time)" shall read "8736 (full-time)."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
