審議経過

朕は、大正十二年勅令第三百五号大藏大臣の承認がなければ他の費途の金額を流用することのできない費途に関する勅令の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Imperial Ordinance No. 305 of the twelfth year of Taisho (1923), concerning the item of expenditure for which the amount of other item of expenditure can not be appropriated without the approval of the Minister of Finance and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 14
大正十二年勅令第三百五号の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Imperial Ordinance No. 305 of the twelfth year of Taisho (1923), shall be amended as follows:
第三号を第七号とし、以下順次四号ずつ繰り下げ、第二号を次のように改める。
Item 3 shall read item 7 and the following items shall in turn be shifted down by four items. And item 2 shall be amended as follows:
二　給料
2.　Salaries
三　手当（第一豫備金ヲ以テ補充シ得ヘキモノヲ除ク）
3.　Allowance (except those items supplemented by the first reserve fund)
四　旅費（第一豫備金ヲ以テ補充シ得ヘキモノヲ除ク）
4.　Travelling expenses (except those items supplemented by the first reserve fund)
五　報奬費
5.　Grants
六　報償費
6.　Compensation
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
