I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 13
The following amendment shall be made to a part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation.
In paragraph 2 of Article 3, "Machinery and Rolling Stock Bureau" shall be added after "Electricity Bureau."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
