Article 2. In case officers and other personnel of companies established by special Laws and Ordinances, those of companies or associations which perform the management of railway, electricity, gas or any other enterprise which is, in its nature, led to monopoly enterprise or which transact business concerning the control in accordance with the Temporary Demand and Supply Adjustment Law or other Laws and Ordinances relating to the control of the economies, or those of establishments corresponding to those (the said companies and associations), as designated in the Annexed Table B have received a bribe, or requested or agreed to receive it, concerning their office, they shall be punished by the penal servitude for a period of not exceeding 3 years. In case those persons, by so doing, have committed dishonest and improper acts or did not act properly and befittingly, the shall be punished by the penal servitude for a period of not exceeding 7 years.
