The Urban Building Law shall, concerning such special buildings mentioned in Art.14 of the same Law as schools, assembly-halls, theatres, etc., for the time being, apply as well to the districts other than those districts in which the same Law shall apply in accordance with the provisions of Art.23 of the same Law with the exception of the provisions of Art.1 to Art.6, Art.10 to Art.13, Art.15, Art.22 and Art.23.
