I hereby promulgate the Law relating to the partial amendment of the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account to meet the Deficits in Revenues for the Fiscal Year of 1947-48 in the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance, Special Accounts for State Railway, Special Accounts for Communication Service, Insurance Sub-Account and the Annuity Sub-Account of the Special Account for Post Insurance and Postal Annuity.

大藏省預金部特別会計、國有鉄道事業特別会計、通信事業特別会計並びに簡易生命保險及郵便年金特別会計の保險勘定及び年金勘定の昭和二十二年度における歳入不足補填のための一般会計からする繰入金に関する法律の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Law concerning the transfer from the General Account to meet the deficits in revenues for the fisial year of 1947-48 in the Special Account of Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance, Special Account for State Railway, Special Account for Communication Service, Insurance Sub-Account and Annuity Sub-Account of the Special Account for Post Insurance and Postal Annuity shall be amended as follows:
第一項中「十億九千六百二十二万四千円」を「十一億九千二百四十四万八千円」に、「五十九億九千三百九万四千円」を「六十九億八千六百十八万八千円」に、「三十億二万円」を「三十五億四万円」に、「八千八百七十八万四千円」を「一億七千七百五十六万八千円」に、「二百五十九万七千円」を「五百十九万四千円」に改める。
In Paragraph 1, "1,096,224,000 yen" shall read "1,192,448,000 yen," "5,993,094,000 yen" shall read "6,986,188,000 yen," "3,000,020,000 yen" shall read "3,500,040,000 yen," "88,784,000 yen" shall read "177,568,000 yen" and "2,597,000 yen" shall read "5,194,000 yen."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
