Assistant Procurators may, within one year from the effective date of this Law. notwitnstanding the provisions of Article 18, Paragraph 2 of the Board of Public Procurators Law, be appointed through selection by the Assistant Procurators Selection Committee, from among persons who possess the knowledge and experience, necessary for performing the duties of assistant procurators.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
