I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Exemption of Import Duties on Foodstuffs.

Law No.188
The import duties of those articles which are stated in the list of import tariff in the Annexed Table to the Custom Duties Fixed Tarif Law and which are stated in the Annexed Table to the present Law shall be exempted on importations until December 31, 1948.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1948.
