Law No.156
地方税法の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Local Tax Law shall be amended as follows:
第四十五條ノ三第一項中「百二十圓」を「百八十圓」に改める。
In Art.45-(3) Par.1, "one hundred and twenty yen" shall read "one hundred and eighty yen."
第五十八條第一号中「國民學校營繕費」を「小學校營繕費、中學校營繕費」に改める。
In Art.58, Item 1, "expenses of repairs of national schools" shall read "expenses of repairs of elementary schools and middle schools."
第六十五條第一項中「八十圓」を「百二十圓」に改める。
In Art.65, Par.1, "eighty yen" shall read "one hundred and twenty yen."
第八十五條ノ二中「國民學校營繕費」を「小學校營繕費、中學校營繕費」に改める。
In Art.85-(2), "expenses of repairs of national schools" shall read "expenses of repairs of elementary schools and middle schools."
第八十五條ノ四第一項中「百二十圓」を「百八十圓」に、「八十圓」を「百二十圓」に改め、同條第三項中「百二十圓」を「百八十圓」に、「二百圓」を「三百圓」に改める。
In Art.85-(4), Par.1, "one hundred and twenty yen" shall read "one hundred and eighty yen," "eighty yen" shall read "one hundred and twenty yen," and in Par.3 of the same Article, "one hundred and twenty yen" shall read "one hundred and eighty yen," "two hundred yen" shall read"three hundred yen.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
この法律は、昭和二十二年度分から、これを適用する。
The present Law shall apply to the fiscal year 1947-1948.
