The Law Concerning the Restricution of the Manufacture of Water-marked Paper
It is prohibited to manufacture the paper with shade craft watermark or the paper with the same or similar white water-marks of letters or designs used for Government Currencies, Bank of Japan Notes, Government Bonds, Revenue Stamps and any other certificates issued by the Government by any person other than the Government or the person who is permitted by the Government.
A person who violates the provision of the foregoing paragraph shall be imprisoned for not exceeding six months or fined not exceeding \5,000.
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
The Regulations concerning the Manufacture of Water-marked paper shall be abolished.
