開拓者資金融通法の一部を次のように改正する。
Partial amendments shall be made to the Settlers'Fund Financing Law.
第一條に次の一号を加える。
To Article 1, the following item shall be added:
三　開拓者の共同の利用に供する施設（前二号に掲げるものを除く。）を取得し、又は設置するのに必要な資金
Item 3.　Fund necessary for obtaining or installing facilities for settlers'common use.
第二條に次の一項を加える。
To Article 2, the following paragraph shall be added:
前項の据置期間は、貸付の日の属する会計年度の初日から起算し、前條第一号及び第二号の規定による貸付金については五年、同條第三号の規定による貸付金については一年とし、その期間中は、無利子とする。
Deferred period of preceding Paragraph shall be 5 years for the loan prescribed by Item 1 and Item 2 of the preceding Article, and 1 year for the loan prescribed by Item 3 of the preceding Article, and during the deferred period no interested shall be charged.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
