國民貯蓄組合法の一部を次のように改正する。
Part of the National Saving Association Law shall be amended as follows:
第一條第一号中「市町村（町村制ヲ施行セザル地ニ在リテハ之ニ準ズベキモノ）」を「市町村、特別區若ハ特別市ノ行政區」に改め、同條第三号中「商業組合、工業組合」を「商工協同組合」に改める。
In Article 1, Item 1, "An area of the shi (city), cho (town) or son (village)(in the case of places where the Town and Village regime is not enforced, the places which may correspond to those places)" shall read "shi-cho-son, special districts or special cities'administrative districts" , and in Item 3 of the same Article "Commercial Unions, Engineering Unions" shall read "Commercial-engineering Cooperative Unions."
第二條第一項第三号中「生命保險中央會若ハ」を削り、同項第五号中「掛金ノ拂込」の下に「又ハ預ケ金」を加え、同項中第九号を削り、第十号を第九号とする。
In Article 2, Paragraph 1, Item 3, "Life Insurance Central Association or" shall be deleted, and in Item 5 of the same paragraph, next to "the payment in instalment" "or deposits" shall be added. Item 9 of the same paragraph, shall be deleted and Item 10 shall be Item 9.
第四條中「市街地信用組合貯金、」の下に「無盡會社ヘノ預ケ金、」を加え、「一萬圓」を「三萬圓」に改め、「、社債又ハ外國有價證券」を「又ハ社債」に改める。
In Article 4, "deposits in a Mujin (mutual credit) company" shall be added next to "deposits in an urban area credit association" , and "\10,000" shall read "\30,000" , and "Corporation Debentures or Foreign securities" shall read "or Corporation Debentures" .
第四條ノ二を削る。

第七條中「組合規約ノ變更、組合ノ代表者ノ改任其ノ他」を削る。
In Article 7, "the amendments to the Articles of the Association, change and re-election of the representative of the Association and others" shall be deleted.
第八條第一項中「地方長官」を「都道府縣知事又ハ特別市長」に、同條第二項中「地方長官」を「都道府縣知事又ハ特別市長」に、「市町村長（市制第六條及第八十二條第三項ノ市ニ在リテハ區長、町村制ヲ施行セザル地ニ在リテハ之ニ準ズベキモノ）」を「市町村長又ハ特別區若ハ特別市ノ行政區ノ區長」に改める。
In Article 8, Paragraph 1, "the prefectural governors" shall read "governors of To (metropolis), Do (district) and Fu-ken (prefectures) or mayors of special cities" , and in Paragraph 2 of the same Article, "the prefectural governors" shall read "governors of To, Do and Fu-ken or mayors of special cities" and "the mayors of the cities or heads of the towns or villages (in those cities which are mentioned in Article 6 and Paragraph 3 of Article 82, of the City Regime, the chiefs of the wards;whereas in the places where the Town and Village Regime is not in operation, a person who may correspond thereto)" shall read "the mayors of the cities, heads of towns and villages or chiefs of special districts or of administrative districts of special cities" .
第九條第二項を削る。

附　則
Supplementary provisions:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。但し、第四條ノ二の改正規定は、政令で定める日から、これを施行する。
The present law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation, but the revised provisions of Article 4-(2) shall come into force as from the day which shall be fixed by a Cabinet Order.
第四條の改正規定中所得税の免除に関する部分は、同條の規定施行後支拂われる利子又は利益について、これを適用する。
Part of the revised provisions of Article 4 regarding the exemption of income taxes shall be applied to interests or profits to be paid after the enforcement of the provisions of same Article.
從前の第四條ノ二の規定により國民貯蓄組合の斡旋によるものとみなされた市町村農業会その他の團体への貯金については、同條の改正規定施行の日から八箇月以内に支拂われる利子に限り、改正後の第四條の規定による。
As for the deposits in agricultural associations of cities, towns or villages, or in other organizations, which were considered to have been made through people's savings unions good office in accordance with the provisions of Article 4-(2) of the former National Savings Association Law, only their interests to be paid within eight months after the day of enforcement of the revised provisions of same Article shall be dealt with in accordance with the revised provisions of Article 4.
