I hereby give My sanction to the Law concerning the Abolition of the Peer's Patrimony Law for which the concurrence of the Imperial Diet has been obtained, and cause the same to be promulgated.

華族世襲財產法は、これを廃止する。
Peer's Patrimony Law shall be abolished.
附 則
Supplementary Provisions:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
登録税法の一部を次のように改正する。
Part of the Registration-Fee Law shall be revised as follows:
第二條第一項第八号を次のように改める。
Art.2, par.1, item 8 shall be amended as follows:

不動產登記法の一部を次のように改正する。
Part of the Real Estate Registration Law shall be revised as follows:
With regard to the registration of the establishment of a Peer's patrimony or that of being an Administrated estate which is made in accordance with the provisions of Art.104 of the old Real Estate Registration Law, the registration officer shall cancel it in virtue of his office, in case he registers for the first time after the enforcement of the present Law in respect of the real estate of the above registration.
前項の規定を除いて、この法律の施行に関し必要な事項は、宮内大臣がこれを定める。
The necessary matters concerning the enforcement of the present Law, shall, excluding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, be provided for by the Minister of the Imperial Household.
