I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the amendments to part of Regulations governing Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry for Home Affairs and Others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 614
Article 1. The following amendments shall be made to part of Regulations governing Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry for Home Affairs:
"67 (full-time)" shall read "81 (full-time)" and "1,086 (full-time)" shall read "1,118 (full-time)."
Article 2. The following amendments shall be made to part of Regulations governing Organizations and Functions of the Local Government of Tokyo Metropolis:
In Article 1-(2), "not more than 4,061 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 4,064 (full-time)."
Article 3. The following amendments shall be made to part of Regulations governing Organizations and Functions of the Local Government of Hokkaido.
In Article 1-(2), "not more than 859 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 864 (full-time)."
Article 4. The following amendments shall be made to part of Regulations governing Organizations and Functions of Prefectures:
In Article 2, "not more than 29,312 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 29,488 (full-time)."
Article 5. The following amendments shall be made to part of Regulations governing Temporary Establishment of Personnel, etc., in To-Cho-Fu-Ken (Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido and Prefectures):
In Article 1, "54 (full-time)" shall read "56 (full-time)" and "678 (full-time)" shall read "689 (full-time)."
In Article 1-(3), "58 (full-time)" shall read "59 (full-time)" and "2,300 (full-time)" shall read "2,308 (full-time)."
In Article 1-(4), paragraph No. 1, "1,107 (full-time)" shall read "1,117 (full-time)" and "8,161 (full-time)" shall read "8,407 (full-time)."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
