I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the abrogation of the Regulation governing the Organization of the National Saving Encouragement Committee, and cause the same to be promulgated.

國民貯蓄奬励委員会官制は、これを廃止する。
The Regulation governing the Organization of the National Saving Encouragement Committee shall be abrogated.
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
