I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 605
Article 1. The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs:
In Article 9, "full time 110" shall read "full time 108," "full time 213" shall read "full time 207," "full time 5" shall read "full time 3," and "full time 20" shall read "full time 18."
Article 2. The following amendments shall be made to the Ordinance relating to the Full Numbers of the Personnel of Diplomatic and Consular Establishments Abroad:
In Article 2, "full time 203" shall read "full time 238," and "full time 201" shall read "full time 236."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
