I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance concerning the Districts to which the Law providing Temporary Measures as to Leasehold and Leased Buildings in the Cities Damaged by War are applied, and cause the same to be promulgated.

The Law providing Temporary Measures as to Leasehold and Leased Buildings in the Cities Damaged by War shall apply to those districts as specified below:

Morioka-shi, Miyako-shi, Hananomaki-shi.
Yamagata-ken
Tsuruoka-shi, Sakata-shi, Shinjo-machi in Mogami-gun.
Tochigi-ken
Ashikaga-shi, Kanuma-machi in Kamitsuga-gun.
Tokyo-to
Asakawa-machi in Minami-Tama-gun.
Fukui-ken
Yashiro-mura in Ashiha-gun, Nishi-Fujishima-mura in Yoshida-gun.
Nagano-ken
Nagano-shi, Matsumoto-shi, Ueda-shi, Okaya-shi, Suwa-shi, Shimosuwa-machi in Suwa-gun.
Shimane-ken
Hamada-shi, Izumo-shi, Yasuki-machi in Nogi-gun.
Tokushima-ken

Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
