I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the provisional Establishment of Judicial Officials and others, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 595
Article 1. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Provisional Establishment of Judicial Officials:
In Article 1, "33 persons (full time)" shall read "37 persons (full time)", and "54 persons (full time)" shall read "59 persons (full time)."
In Article 2, "346 persons (full time)" shall read "385 persons (full time)."
Article 2. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Ordinance regarding the Fixed Number of the Officials attached to law court:
In Article 1, "Judge (Sonin Rank), 1034 persons" shall read "Judge (Sonin Rank), 1054 persons."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
