I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the amendment of the "Enforcement Ordinance of the Special City Planning Law" and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 593
The following amendments shall partially be made to the Enforcement Ordinance of the Special City Planning Law.
In paragraph 2 of Article 16, "30 days" shall read "20 days."
In paragraph 1 of Article 36, "lease holders or permanent tenant-right holders" shall read "or lease-holders."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
