In paragraph 2 of Article 16, "30 days" shall read "20 days." In paragraph 1 of Article 36, "lease holders or permanent tenant-right holders" shall read "or lease-holders." Supplementary Provision: The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
