I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Establishment of Temporary Personnel in the Ministry of Education and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 590
The following amendments are made to part of the Regulations governing the establishment of the temporary personnel in the Ministry of Education.
Article 4 shall read Article 5.
Article 4. The following officials shall be added and belong to the Investigation Bureau.
Education Ministry Secretary.
full time 8 person 2nd class.
full time 16 persons 3rd class.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
