朕は、大藏部內臨時職員設置制の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the partial amendments of the Imperial Ordinance regarding the Regulations governing the Organization of the Temporary Personnel of the Ministry of Finance and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 586
大藏部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のように改正する。
Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Temporary Personnel of the Ministry of Finance shall be amended as follows:
第二條大藏事務官の部中「 專任二百五十五人 專任八百五十九人 」を「 專任四百三十人 專任九百三十人 」に改める。
In Article 2, under the head of Ministry of Finance Secretaries, " 255 in full service" shall read "430 in full service", "859 in full service ," shall read " 930 in full service ."
第三條中「專任六千六百八十七人　三級」を「 專任九百六十一人　二級 專任七千三百三十三人　三級 」に改める。
In Article 3, "6,687 in full service, 3rd class" shall read " 961 in full service,　2nd class," "7,333 in full service,　3rd class ."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
