Article 1. The Agricultural Synthetic Institute shall under the control of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry and take charge of the synthetic survey and research on the problems in agricultural economics.
第二條 農業綜合硏究所に左の職員を置く。
Article 2. In the Agricultural Synthetic Institute, the following officers are to be set up.
所長
President
農林事務官
Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
專任一人 一級
Full service one person 1st class
農林事務官又は農林技官
Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, or technical officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
專任十一人 二級
Full service 11 persons 2nd class
專任十人 三級
Full service 10 persons 3rd class
第三條 所長は、一級の農林事務官を以て、これに充てる。
Article 3. The post of President shall be filled with a Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the 1st class.
所長は、農林大臣の指揮監督を承けて、所務を掌理する。
The President shall preside over the affairs, under the direction and supervision of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
第四條 農業綜合硏究所に參與を置き、所務に參與させる。
Article 4. In the Agricultural Synthetic Institute, Councillors shall be set up, who are to be participate in the affairs.
The Councillors shall be appointed by the Cabinet, through the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, from among the officials of the 1st or 2nd class of each office concerned and persons learned or well-experienced.
第五條 農業綜合硏究所に專門委員を置き、專門の事項を調査させる。
Article 5. In the Agricultural Synthetic Institute, Special Commissioners shall be set up who are to investigate special items.
專門委員は、學識經驗のある者の中から、農林大臣が、これを命ずる。
The Special Commissioners shall be appointed by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry from among persons learned or well-experienced.
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
