審議経過

朕は、昭和二十年勅令第五百四十二号ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴い発する命令に関する件に基き昭和二十一年勅令第二百七十七号関稅法の罰則等の特例に関する勅令の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Imperial Ordinance No. 277 of 1946 relating to the Exceptions to the Penal Regulations, etc. of the Customs Law, promulgated under the Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of 1945 concerning Orders to be issued in consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 576
昭和二十一年勅令第二百七十七号の一部を次のように改正する。
Part of the Imperial Ordinance No. 277 of 1946 shall be amended as follows:
第十一條中「第九十八條乃至第百一條、」を「第九十九條乃至第百一條」に改め、「竝びに關稅法戰時特例第一條、第二條、第四條及び第五條」を削る。
In Article 11, "Articles 98-101" shall read "Articles 99-101" and "and Articles 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the Wartime Emergency Measures relating to the Customs Law" shall be deleted
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
