I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the regulations for the Temporary Officials System of the Ministry of Welfare and cause the same to be promulgated.

The Regulations for Temporary Officials System of the Ministry of Welfare shall be partially amended as follows:
Under the head of Welfare Secretaries in Article 5, "full time 3" shall read "4 Regulars," and in the same Article under the head of Welfare Technicians

Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
