Signed: HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This fifteenth day of the eleventh month of the twenty-first year of Showa (November 15, 1946) Countersigned: Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Minister of Welfare KAWAI Yoshinari Imperial Ordinance No. 542 The Regulations for Temporary Officials System of the Ministry of Welfare shall be partially amended as follows: Under the head of Welfare Secretaries in Article 5, "full time 3" shall read "4 Regulars," and in the same Article under the head of Welfare Technicians "full time 9 Regulars" and "full time 12" shall read "full time 16" and "full time 20 ." Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
