I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the amendments to a part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Board of Trade.

The following amendments are made to the Regulations governing "the Organization of the Board of Trade."
In Article 2, "Secretary of Commerce and Industry full time 52, full time 28" shall read "Secretary of Commerce and Industry, full time 77, full time 70" respectively.

In paragraph 1 of Article 4, "Foreign Trade Office" shall read "Area Foreign Trade Bureau." In paragraph 2 of the said Article, "The Head of a Foreign Trade Office" shall read "The Director of an Area Foreign Trade Bureau."
Article 5. There shall be established a Board of Advisers in the Board of Trade.
The Board of Advisers shall consist of a certain numbers of advisers and shall deliberate upon all important matters concerning the business of the Board of Trade.
The Director General of the Board of Trade shall report all important matters concerning the Board business to the Board of Advisers and seeks for their advices on those matters.
The Board of Advisers may present to the Director General of the Board of Trade their opinion on any important matters concerning the Board business.
Advisers shall be appointed by the Cabinet from among the officials of first class of various Ministries concerned as well as men of learning and experience through the recommendation of the Minister of Commerce and Industry to the Throne.
The tenure of office of Advisers shall be one year.
All necessary matters concerning the Board of advisers with the exception of those prescribed in the preceding five paragraphs shall be determined by the Minister of Commerce and Industry.
