I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Cabinet Subordinate offices and personnels, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 523
A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Cabinet Subordinate offices and personnels, shall be amended as follows:
In Art. 7 for the provisions of the Cabinet Secretaries, "
Full-time service 17 persons;
full-time service 134 persons
" shall read "
Full-time service 18 persons;
Full-time service 141 persons
", and in the same Article for the provisions of the Cabinet technical officials, "
Full-time service 3 persons, Second class;
Full-time service 11 persons, Third class
" shall read "
Full-time service 1 person, First class;
Full-time service 9 persons, Second class;
Full-time service 25 persons, Third class
".
Supplementary Provision:
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
