戰時補償特別措置法は、昭和二十一年十月三十日から、これを施行する。
The War Indemnity Special Measures Law shall come into force as from October 30, 1946.
戰時補償特別措置法附則第二項の規定により、同法の施行地域から除かれる地域は、左に揭げる地域とする。
Areas which are to be excluded from the enforcement area of the War Indemnity Special Measures Law by virtue of Par. 2 of the Additional Provisions of said Law shall be as follows:
1. Under the jurisdiction of Nemuro Branch Office, Hokkaido: Shumushu-gun, Shinshiru-gun, Uruppu-gun, Kunashiri-gun, Shana-gun, Etraw-gun, Shibetoro-gun, Shikotan-gun and Suisho-jima, Yuru-shima, Shiba-shima, Tara-shima and Akiyuru-shima of Habomai-mura in Hanasaki-gun.
二 東京都小笠原島
2. Bonin Islands of Tokyo-to.
三 島根縣隱岐支廳管內五箇村竹島
3. Under the jurisdiction of Oki Branch Office, Shimane prefecture; Take-shima of Goka-mura.
四 鹿兒島縣大島郡（十島村中黑島、竹島及び硫黃島を除く。）
4. Oshima-gun of Kagoshima prefecture (excluding Nakakuro-shima, Take-shima and Iowa-shima of Toshima-mura).
