I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments made to the Regulations governing the organization of the personnel of the public schools and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 480
The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the organization of the personnel of the public schools.
Article 17. The following personnel shall be appointed to the public secondary schools, youth schools, schools for the blind, schools for the dumb and deaf, but the secretary of local government may be spared in youth schools.

In Paragraph 3 of Article 20, "assistant teacher" shall read "local government secretary and assistant teacher".
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
