I hereby give My Sanction to the Ordinance concerning the Partial Amendments to the Enforcement Ordinance of the Foodstuffs Administration Law and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 457
The following amendments shall partially be made to the Enforcement Ordinance of the Foodstuffs Administration Law:
In Paragraph 1 of Article 10-(3), "the producer of sweet potato or Irish potato" shall read "the producer of sweet potato or Irish potato or the producer of starch," "the produced or processed sweet potato or Irish potato" shall read "the produced or processed sweet potato or Irish potato or the manufactured starch" and in Paragraph 2 of Article 10-(3), "sweet potato, Irish potato and its processed foodstuffs" shall read "sweet potato, Irish potato and its processed foodstuffs as well as starch."
In Article 10-(4), "to the producer of sweet potato or Irish potato concerning the sale or consignment sale of sweet potato, Irish potato and its processed foodstuffs," shall read "to the producer of sweet potato or Irish potato or to the producer of starch concerning the sale or consignment sale of sweet potato, Irish potato and its processed foodstuffs as well as starch."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
