I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning partial amendment of regulations governing Enforcement Ordinance of Electric Enterprise Law and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 451
The following amendment is made to parts of the Enforcement Ordinance of The Electric Enterprise Law:
In Article 1 "Subgovernments of Prefectures" shall read "Subgovernments of the Metropolis' Subgovernments of Prefectures."
Article 4. In case the electric enterpriser is the public body, the Minister of Commerce and Industry shall consult with the Minister for Home Affairs on the important items of dispositions or orders to be made in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of The Electric Enterprise Law.
In Paragraph 2, Article 5, "Tokyo Prefecture" shall read "Tokyo Metropolis."
In Paragraph 2, Article 7, under "Article 14" shall be added" Article 15 (3)" and "Article 24 and Article 32 to Article 38 inclusive" shall read "Article 32 (limited to the matters under the jurisdiction of The Central Electric Committee), Article 32 (3) (limited to the matters under the jurisdiction of the Regional Electric Committee), Article 32, Item 1, Item 2 and Item 4 of Article 36, and Article 37 to Article 40 inclusive."
In Article 9, "Article 23 and Article 35 to Article 38 inclusive" shall read " Article 23, Item 1, Item 2 and Iem 4 of Article 36, Item 4 of the said article, Article 37, Article 39 and Article 40."
Supplementary Provision:
This Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
