Imperial Ordinance No. 419
Article 1. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Ministry of Justice:
In Article 7, "100 persons (full service)" shall read "103 persons (full service)".
Article 2. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations concerning the provisional Establishment of Judiciary Officials:
In Article 1, "9 persons (full service)" shall read "10 persons (full service)" and "17 persons (full service)" shall read "19 persons (full service)".
In Article 2, "169 persons (full service)" shall read "221 persons (full service)".
Article 3. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Imperial Ordinance Regarding the Full Strength of the Court Staff:
In Article 1, "Judge Sonin 1005 persons" shall read "Judge Sonin 1034 persons".
Supplementary provision:
This Ordinance shall come into force as from September 15, 1946.
