審議経過

朕は、罹災都市借地借家臨時處理法の施行期日を定める勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the date on which the Law providing Temporary Measures as to Leasehold Land and Leased Buildings in the Cities Damaged by War shall comes into force, and cause the same to be promulgated.

罹災都市借地借家臨時處理法は、昭和二十一年九月十五日から、これを施行する。
The Law providing Temporary Measures as to Leasehold and Leased Buildings in the Cities Damaged by War shall come into force as from September 15, 1946.
