審議経過

朕は、昭和二十一年勅令第四十二號朝鮮總督又は臺灣總督の醫師免許又は齒科醫師免許を受けたる者についての國民醫療法施行令の特例に關する件の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance No. 42 of the twenty-first year of Showa (1946) concerning the partial amendment of the special instance of the National Medical Treatment Act relating to the those who have received the Medical Practitioner's or Dentist's license issued by Governor Generals of Chosen or Taiwan and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 409
昭和二十一年勅令第四十二號の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendments shall be made to a part of Imperial Ordinance No. 42.
第一條中「醫師試驗委員」を「醫師國家試驗豫備試驗委員」に、「齒科醫師試驗委員」を「齒科醫師國家試驗豫備試驗委員」に改める。
In Art. 1, "Member of Examination Committee for Medical Practitioner's Qualification" and "Member of Examination Committee for Dentist's Qualification" shall read respectively "Member of Preparatory Examination Committee of State Examination for Medical Practitioner's Qualification" and "Member of Preparatory Examination Committee of State Examination for Dentist's Qualification."
第二條中「醫師試驗又ハ齒科醫師試驗」を「醫師國家試驗豫備試驗又ハ齒科醫師國家試驗豫備試驗」に改める。
In Art. 2, "Examination for Medical Practitioner's Qualification or Examination for Dentist's Qualification" shall read "Preparatory Examination for State Examination for Medical Practitioner's Qualification or State Examination for Dentist's Qualification."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、昭和二十一年九月一日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from Sept. 1, 1946.
